Liverpool landscape & marine painter. Son of Samuel Walters, a similarly talented marine artist. Moved to London 1865.
A prolific artist he exhibited B6, D17, G2, L19, M12, RA19, RBA408, RI74, ROI48, RSW1, TOO2.
Drawings by him are in the British Museum & the Victoria & Albert Museum.
A charming signed watercolour coastal scene in fine original gilt frame.
